These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and fe999 ("the Platform"). To create an Account on fe999, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid mobile number registered in your name, a unique password, and your date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual player is permitted a maximum of one (1) fe999 Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or method used to create them. If duplicate Accounts are detected, fe999 will merge the accounts or close one, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts, and may permanently restrict the Player's ability to register new Accounts on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe999 Account credentials, including your username and password. fe999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. fe999 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights attached to it to any third party. Any such attempt will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
fe999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount on fe999 is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied at the account level and may be adjusted based on account verification status, VIP tier, and ongoing risk assessments.
fe999 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses on fe999 are subject to a wagering requirement before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round or live betting market that prevents normal completion, fe999's policy is to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. fe999 will not honour bets or game outcomes that result from system malfunctions, communication errors, or incorrect odds displayed as a result of a technical fault.

Consequences of prohibited activity: fe999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be involved in prohibited activity without prior notice. fe999 reserves the right to suspend any Account temporarily at any time, without prior notice, where fe999 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, ongoing fraudulent activity, a security compromise, or where required to do so by its licensing authority or a competent legal authority. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation.
fe999 may permanently close an Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, any Real Money Balance associated with confirmed fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Legitimate Real Money Balance not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC.

Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe999's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction processed through fe999 shall not exceed the net Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. fe999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
fe999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fe999 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing errors that are outside fe999's direct control.
Gambling risk: Online gambling carries inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit on fe999. fe999 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. Players are responsible for managing their own bankroll and gambling behaviour in accordance with their personal financial circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fe999's international gaming license is held. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through fe999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are available and applicable under fe999's license conditions.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief in the courts of their own jurisdiction where such relief is available and appropriate to preserve their position pending resolution of a dispute.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your fe999 Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should contact fe999's support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. fe999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Disputes regarding specific transactions or game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction date or game round. fe999 will not consider disputes raised after this period except where a compelling and documented reason for the delay is provided.
fe999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights, obligations, or the cost of using fe999 — fe999 will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via the email address registered to your Account and/or via a prominent notification within the Platform.
For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to comply with regulatory changes — fe999 may implement changes without advance notice. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms document.
Your continued use of fe999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using fe999 and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 10.3 of these Terms.
